Comprehensive balance protection

Covers death, retrenchment, dread disease, temporary and permanent disability

• Pays the outstanding balance on your account (provided it is not in arrears) in the event of your death or permanent disability, or if you are diagnosed with a critical illness
• Pays your instalments for up to 6 months if you are retrenched or temporarily disabled (starting from the day of disablement or retrenchment)

For an extra monthly premium, you can also take out Additional Death Cover, which pays R10 000 to your next of kin in the event of your death to help them handle unforeseen expenses. Balance Protection insurance for your spouse or partner can also be arranged (an additional monthly premium will be charged) – just call us on 0861 50 20 40 and speak to a consultant.
